Acceptance of terms
By using Hexiora, you agree to these terms. If you’re using Hexiora on behalf of an organization, you’re agreeing on its behalf, and ‘you’ refers to that organization.
The service
Hexiora provides onchain infrastructure — an SDK and control plane for routing requests, automation, identity, and observability. We may update, improve, or change features over time, and we’ll give reasonable notice of material changes.
Your account
You’re responsible for your account, your API keys, and the activity under them. Keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Hexiora to break the law, infringe others’ rights, disrupt the service, or attempt to access systems or data you’re not authorized to. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We’ll give notice before any price change affecting you.
Intellectual property
We own Hexiora and its software; you own your applications and data. Nothing here transfers ownership of one to the other. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service for you.
Disclaimers
Hexiora is provided ‘as is.’ While we work hard on reliability, we don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Onchain systems carry inherent risks outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hexiora isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior twelve months.
Termination
You can stop using Hexiora at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we’ll handle your data per our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hexiora Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the service evolves. We’ll post the updated version with a new date, and material changes will be communicated in-product or by email.
