We use your information to provide and improve the service: routing requests, surfacing metrics, sending operational notices, and answering support requests. We do not sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share information only with the infrastructure providers who help us run Hexiora — for example, hosting and email — under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose information where required by law.
Data retention
We keep account information for as long as your account is active. Request metadata is retained for a limited window to power your dashboard, then aggregated or deleted.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information from your account settings, or by emailing us. We respond to requests within a reasonable period and won’t charge you for exercising them.
Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data as if our own product depends on it — because it does.
